If you ask mark up, you shall let us know how many people on your side first, we may suggest how to share commission. The offer is provided commission as you see it, we usually dont discuss mark up at very beginning..
When it comes to our product offerings, we present our prices and procedures. However, there are instances where buyers request markups. Please note that for the first order, we typically do not negotiate markups.
Since we have no prior information about the buyer and are uncertain about the buyer and are unsure if they are genuine, we prefer not to engage in any potentially fruitless discussions.
The buyer should make their decision to proceed or not based on our offer price and commission as presented. If the buyer genuinely wishes to discuss markups, they should provide some form of advance evidence that convinces us of their credibility and capability to fulfill their obligations.
Buyers or their mandates should appreciate the offer and not be concerned about the commission amount for the first order. We can revisit the commission discussion for future orders. It is important to understand that the commission holds no significance if the transaction cannot be successfully completed.
