4) We reply in priority..
We receive offer and review it, more details we can see, will reply in higher priority. Pls send full offer details which shall include spec, procedures, supply qty, place origin, payment term, reference price etc.. Price may update after discussion.

5) LOI or LCPO
Sellers often ask for LOI or ICPO..
We don’t agree to provide LOI or ICPO at very beginning, before we can trust a supplier. If we send many loi or icpo, what is then, can you confirm offer, can you perform? We will have chance to loss creditability, how to avoid this, we will not issue loi or icpo unless you can see your performance.
you really need a loi or ICPO?
yes, but we need to verify the supplier before issuing LOI or ICPO. Pls provide some recent shipping documents, supplier usually tell hundreds of stories, they can’t provide recent shipping documents..

Be simple, we may start discussion as above mentioned, by questions and reply, will know who can really work.. ICPO may issue at the time we agree on price, spec, and procedures, or direct enter into draft contract and proceed.

6) Upfront fee
We sometimes receive offer, it asks to pay upront fee, we will not consider any deals that requires upfront fee. We make this very clear, sometimes we are being told after long discussion, to avoid this, here we make this firm statement, we will never pay upfront fee..
