1 The Buyer Issue ICPO with his International Passport Copy (Data Page) along with his storage agreement (TSA) to the Seller for verification.

2. The Seller Issues the following:
a) Commercial Invoice (CI)
b) Certificate of Origin
c) Analysis Report (SGS Report)
d) ICC letter of warning directly from ICC to be filled and endorsed by the Buyer.

3. Buyer signs and returns the CI and ICC letter back to seller.

4. The Seller program & injection with buyer tank farm, and issue ATI, Notice of Readiness (NOR) and DTA to buyer and buyer tank farm for endorsement.

5. Buyer endorses DTA, ATI with their Logistics Company and return it back to seller along with their storage receipt (TSR), immediately seller begin injection of product into buyer tank, accordance to the numbers of days required by injection programming.

6) Upon completion of infusion, buyer conduct fresh analysis report on product in their tank upon successful inspection, buyer makes payment of the product via MT 103 and
Seller transfer Title.

7) Seller pays for commission in accordance to the endorsed NCNDA/IMPFA to all intermediaries involved in the transaction & buyer lift first shipment Order
