NON NNPC AGO/D2 FOR SALE

1. Buyer send LOI

2. Seller give SPA for buyer to sign and return to enable seller provide the vessel the loaded vessel details for tracking in West Africa water. (Buyer is to send Vessel/Tank Storage details, NOR/ATB format, ATL and Docs)

3. Buyer place Banking Instrument DLC for the full Cargo. Pre Advice first to enable Sellers bank respond RWA before DLC/MT700 is swift bank to bank.

4. Sellers Ship open communication with buyers Ship/TF and MNOR is issued for both to agree on meeting/transhipment point. For MATB to be issued for buyers Team- SC/Inspector to board sellers vessel to confirm product and collect sample.

5. As the SC remains on board Waiting for the successful outcome of the test/QQ Result.

6. Upon successful conclusion of Q/Q analysis, inspectors release report to both parties while Seller Issue Commercial Invoice to the Buyer with exact Q/Q report figures.

7. Buyer releases full payment for cargo to Sellers nominated bank within 72 hours after inspection against Q/Q Report, Commercial Invoice and original Cargo Documents by DLC/ MT-103 (cash wire).

8. Seller confirms payment & authorizes Captain to discharge cargo into Buyer’s storage tank.

9. Seller pays commission to all agents involved in the transaction per the contract.

10. Seller commence subsequent shipments on simple DIP/CI/PAY basis at Buyer’s Port of Discharge.
