1 The buyer sends the Letter of Intent provided exhibiting readiness and ability to purchase.

2 The Seller sends the contract (SPA) to the Buyer for review and acceptance. The Buyer signs the SPA and returns it to the Seller for countersignature who returns the countersigned contract to the Buyer if there are no further amendments.

3 Upon reaching an agreement, the Seller and Buyer accept the SPA by way of signature.

4 The seller and buyer agree to commence a shipment of NNNN Metric Tons.

5 The buyer can make orders after a site visit and will have to work with seller hand in hand on all stages present.

6 The buyer will then make payment to the Escrow Account in accordance with seller’s total invoice.

7 After the buyer’s remittance to (Escrow Account) the buyer will send the remittance receipt to seller from remittance bank for confirmation. Immediately the seller confirms the Escrow remittance, the order processing commences immediately with documentation phase.

8 Seller will prepare the order and shipping immediately for all quantity issued invoice amount from remittance date.

9 Upon completion of the order, seller will ship goods to the buyer and on arrival at the buyer’s destination port, buyer will proceed to get final assay, and seller will hand over the shipment documents to the buyer.

10 The Buyer shall then immediately authorize release of funds from the Escrow Account against assay value of NOT LESS than 99.70% A7 concentration.

11 The buyer is responsible for import costs at buyers final destination.
