A1 Jet fuel and diesel en 590
#99 EN590 DIESEL CIF ROTTERDAM
I need the price for 1,000,000 barrels of jet fuel Diésel EN 590 35,000 Mt Gasoline 89 60,000 Mt a month to pick up in Houston- the client will pick up in train tankers. Whats the offer that you can give me? I have a couple of clients ready to buy bigger orders but first I would like to start with this one if the price and quality is right and if everything provided is deliver as agreed We can do a few of my clients at once Maybe 3,000,000 barrels of jet fuel And 3,000,000 gallons of diesel en 590 And I am sure we can get a large order for the gasoline as well So please keep in mind that the best deal you can offer me will define the amount of potential buyers that will do buisness with your company. Once offer received and we agree on a contract we can work like this I share information with you about a couple of contracts that we can move forward, we can advance an A1 and D6 by contract, it can be picked up in Houston or be of any origin, even Russian, or in some cases I can pick up any port but that would be decided at last moment but for now Houston sounds good I share with you the procedures wi th which we can work any operation, it would be to make a test Start Spot purchase with low volume and immediately everything goes well with the first purchase, an MT760 SBLC would be put on as a backup to the Seller and go to contract. All this with both parties agreeing on everything first. What the Buyer is looking for or the ideal for him is to receive the IC, and return it signed with the Swift MT199 making the purchase capacity available to the Seller, however it is something that can be discussed with them since there is a lot of trust. I personally know the buyer, I have ongoing business with him at the moment, the company is registered with the Russian Ministry of Energy, so everything is easier because of the experience they have with these issues. The purchasing company comments that we can handle two options to validate the economic capacity and apply these procedures: They confirm that it would be ideal to issue a Swift with an MT199 directly from the purchasing company where the supplier can confirm the funds. Second option, a Corporate RWA can be issued from the purchasing company directly, where they can confirm their financial capacity. It is important to comment that the document will not be a Corporate Banking RWA, but it will be of the company that pays, and any of the two options contemplated before can be used, would be backed by a mutual agreement notarized by both parties to assure the Seller that have all the disposition and intention that the Spot purchase be made immediately, they will place an MT760 SBLC as backup in favor of the Supplier to continue with the A1 or D6 contract. If you see it viable and firm, tell me and we will open communication with the company and I will send you the Company Profile of the buyer company once require forms are signed to guarantee payment for commission being paid to person bringing the contract to your company. I believe I seen a $10 commission per barrel which would be divided between 2 sides buyer side and seller side . Is that correct? $5 seller side and $5:buyer side We have a TSA in the USA and Rotterdam for any transaction
