5. Opening of Letter of Credit -100% LC Irrevocable Confirmed at Sight basis - First Class Bank
6. Signing of NCNDA / IMFPA if Agents are involved
7. Commence into the production as per agreed schedule
8. Third party Inspection as per contract
9. Shipment moves as per schedule
