FOB PROCEDURE 1 (USA Origin)
1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) along with buyer's company registration documents/passport and Buyer's storage agreement.

2. Seller issues CI with the following documents attached:
- Statement of Product Availability.
- Commitment to Supply.).
- Company Registration Certificate.

3. Seller sends Storage Approval Letter to Buyer for confirmation of TSA to avoid storage misrepresentation.

4. Upon successful confirmation, Seller issues hard copy of the following POP documents to Buyer's representatives in person (face to face) at Seller's storage facility, and Buyer also conduct dip test in Seller's tank.
- Quantity and Quality Certificate (SGS) 48hrs fresh
- Tank Storage Receipt (TSR).
- Product Passport (Dip Test Result).
- Authorization Letter to Verify the Product with the Tank Farm.
- Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)

5. Upon successful verification of documents and SGS report after dip test in Sellers' tank, injection of product into Buyer's tank storage commences and all parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA.

6. Buyer makes payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product available.

7. Seller changes title of ownership to Buyer's name and pay all intermediaries according to
the signed NCNDA/IMFPA.
