Before you waste all your time -* Check out some important info about the U.S. Sugar Import Quotas for 2024 to clarify a few things:
Raw cane sugar: The total annual quota is about 1,242,195 Metric Tons, equating to around 103,516 MTs per month._
Refined sugar (including ICUMSA 45): The total annual quota is 232,000 MT, so only about 19,333 MT per month._
Given these quotas, the idea of finding hundreds of thousands of metric tons of Sugar readily available in *Miami or any other US Port is unrealistic.* The quotas are strictly regulated and managed by the USDA and USTR.

This means that ICUMSA 45 Sugar, being a Refined Sugar, cannot be imported into the U.S. in large quantities due to these strict quotas.
