Loading terms: Time waiting for pass Covid-19 inspection/obtain free pratique not to count as laytime
Payment terms: by TTR, the 20% of cargo value of the shipment showed on the PI shall be made by Buyer to Seller by T/T at least two (2) days after signing the contract, The balance of total value to be paid before loading completion/ vessel’s sailing or departure.
