1. To agree on procedure
2. Fresh ccic will be submitted from seller to buyer(without name of the vessel) and quantity of cargo on board of international flag vessel
3. Buyer will confirm the quality of cargo
4. Contract will be signed
5.buyer will announce his vessel with Q88
5. Within 3 hours seller will submit cargo documents issued properly by malasya and Q88
6. Master of mother vessel (seller) vessel will confirm sts operation
7.vessels will get alignéd,
8.buyers representative will conduct dip test on sellers vessel,
9.buyer will conduct full payment
10. Cargo will be discarded to the buyer’s vesssl
11.contract will be completed
