1. Buyer issue Letter of Intent showing possible information
2. Seller issue Full Corporate Offer
3. Buyer sign and return back to seller
4. SPA to be signed between signed with mutual understanding
5. Opening of Letter of Credit
6. NCNDA / IMFPA to be signed if Agents are involved
7. Third Party Inspection
8. Shipment moves as per schedule

1. We are not committed to provide past performance in any case.
2, LOI / ICPO must be issued on current date with Bank details.
