Accept it pls no buyer procedure #124

When we propose offer, pls accept it or tell us why where is problem, we may propose other offer.  You buyer shall spend time to review our offer, right.. 

Pls dont need to spend time negotiating anything, no need to send us any buyer procedure, it will never work, as we dont do it for any buyer unknown performance. 

Also, remember this, when buyer ready proceed, we will conduct DD work on buyer, if DD failed, anything negotiation will waste time, pls dont feel it bad, as we can consider this helping you to save time.
