Thank you, we shall discuss further on procedure, I feel you buyer may not really understand it. as said, when buyer ready, we will conduct some DD works. here some survey questions, pls kindly get official reply from buyer. 

Step 3, The buyer sign and return the CI to seller along with their notice of readiness (NOR) from their shipping company.

1 ) How do you buyer get NOR ? also it will cost, how much it is ?
2) Pls clarify who will make payment in this transaction? NOR, its cost, who will pay to ship company ? Step 9, final payment, who will pay ?
