When buyer is ready to proceed, pls send ICPO address to Fugo Materials unless specified or discussed.

Also note the format ICPO, should be presented there only buyer company on it.. It excludes all intermediary, agent, or mandate details to ensure a direct and secure presentation, because we may need to ask you explain how roles of each and may request the removal and submit ICPO again..

We will conduct due diligence on buyer when buyer ready and receive ICPO, the transaction will direct with refinery or title holder, we will notice you which refinery when we confirm to move it forward. In some cases, if buyer agree and this kind deal can arrange and benefits, we also consider transaction to Fugo as seller..

We also consider the timing as buyer ready. Offers are time-sensitive and not always available indefinitely.
