1. Product name and spec ?
2. Order qty?
3. What trade term you do? fob, cif, TTV, TTV or TTO..
4. Which port buyer can do ? 
5. Your target price ? or what price range will work for buyer ?
6. Where is your buyer ? can you brief something about buyer ?
7. also brief more details or requirements for the transaction if any ? 

We can make offer easy, but make the offer that good match to a buyer that is not easy, that is why we need to know buyer, you reply more details, it is very important that will save time each other.
