When buyers request meeting or call, we usually suggest to discuss more in email firstly. You shall send email, brief more details, and copy to buyer or any people in this transaction so that we can discuss real matters in group.

We may accept the meeting or call under below conditions:
1) We have prior discussion in email
2) We have real matters or subjects that opens to discussion in meeting or call
3) We know who will attend the meeting or call..

We often see many buyers request meeting or call at very early without any prior discussion, this is not because it is hot lead, but rather because buyer may be inexperienced, they may not know how to deal transaction, and simply think, meeting or call to making things official, but that is not how real business works..

Sometimes our reply may be not much nice, but dont feel it bad, my advice, you can think this way, we are just helping to save your time..
