1. Buyer issues ICPO, Passport, Corp Registration, CP. (Sellers Bank will reach out to Buyers Bank.)

2. Seller issues CI (Refinery’s Name). Buyer executes & returns and Seller Registers.

3. Seller issues the following Documents for Buyer to conduct the Dip Test:
1) UDTA
2) ATV
3) ATSC in Buyers’ Name
4) Allocation Transaction Passport-Code Certificate (ATPCC)

4. Buyer conducts Dip Test via SGS in Sellers Reservoir Tank in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, at Buyers expense. Buyer or his representative is encouraged to witness this Inspection.

5. Within 48 Hours of the SGS completion, Buyer issues a DLC, SBLC or an Irrevocable Bank Guarantee (BG) to Seller appointed Account Bank to Bank, for the Total Product Cost (Trial Lift) for the duration of the Transaction.

6. The Seller transports the Product by Railways to their Shore Tanks in POTI Port, Georgia. Seller then issues the following Documents to the Buyer:
1) Product Passport (Q & Q Dip Test Analysis Report)
2) Certificate of Origin
3) Bill of Lading
4) Statement of Product Availability
5) Vessel Q88
6) ETA of Vessel
7) Injection Report

7. Seller transports the Product to Buyer Destination Port, Buyer confirms the Shipment through Vessel Captain or SGS Inspectors (Dip Test at Buyer’s expense) and submits Q & Q Report to Seller as consent & acceptance of the Commodity.

8. Buyer makes Payment for Total Product (First Lift) by MT103 and Seller transfers Title Ownership to the Buyer along with all Export Documents.

9. Both Parties execute a Contract for 1 or 2 Years. The Seller Pays the Intermediaries.

10. Seller will issue a 2% Performance Bond to the benefit of the Buyer for during Contract Term. No Performance Bond will be present for Trial Order.
