Facility leasing is based on securing an availability of storage space as outlined in this below procedure

Procedures as below:

1 The LESSEE is required to provide an updated corporate profile/business license and the product specification sheet as agreed with the supplier/refinery/exporter. The details of the supplier are also to be provided in full OR a commitment letter from the Refinery.
2 The above documents should be self-attested by the lessee as only One Active Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) and Tank Storage Receipt shall be allowed for a product and to a specified Refinery/Supplier.
3 The LESSOR shall issue an Official Invoice along with the final version of the TSA as the Lessee shows a commitment to pay within a stipulated time.
4 The LESSEE to pay immediately as per the issued Official Invoice.
5 Once payment has been made, an official bank transfer slip/receipt to be sent to the LESSOR by the LESSEE confirming the same.
6 On receipt of payment to Lessor’s account, a TSR will be provided to the Lessee by the LESSOR after receiving the NOR from the seller/refinery and injection schedule.
7 LESSOR shall upon approval from the LESSEE, open communication with the supplier/refinery/exporter and endorse the injection schedule and commence as per the schedule.
8 Upon Completion of the reception of the Petroleum Product (FIRST SPLASH) from the supplier’s storage into the Tanks, the Number of Days the LESSEE Company paid for start counting as days use for the storage of the Petroleum product.
